This website is operated by WEB 3 BIT SRL, a Romanian limited liability company with its registered seat at Săcele, Brașov County, Romania, under the trading name W3B. The website presents the agency's services: custom web development, web design, e-commerce development, SEO, web application development, and maintenance.

2. Use of the Website

You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You agree not to use the website in any way that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, interferes with normal operation, or attempts unauthorized access. All content — text, graphics, logos, code, and images — is the property of WEB 3 BIT SRL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Engagement of Services

Submitting the contact form, sending an email, or initiating a conversation via WhatsApp or Signal does NOT create a binding contract. A service engagement is formed only when both parties sign a written proposal or exchange explicit written confirmation of scope, price, and timeline. Until such confirmation exists, no services are commissioned and no obligations arise.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this website is limited to direct damages and capped at the total amount paid by you to WEB 3 BIT SRL under the specific contract giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory EU consumer-protection rights.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

6. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brașov, Romania. Where applicable, EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence under mandatory EU consumer-protection rules.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
